Every Founder Suite Assistant undergoes a rigorous selection process—including background checks, reference validation, and continuous training—to ensure they grow alongside you. They’re never on their own: Each has a dedicated coach and a powerful peer network to tackle challenges and sharpen their expertise. During onboarding, Founder Suite helps you master delegation like a pro.
You will receive our framework packed with strategies to maximize your partnership, refine your delegation skills, and reclaim your most valuable asset: time. Every strategy is built on real-world insights from top performers and their Assistants, so you get only the most effective, proven methods.
After signing your contract, we'll add you to our onboarding queue. Wait times typically range from a few days to a few weeks, depending on:
- Current demand
- Assistant availability
- Preferred start date
When you reach the front of the queue, we'll schedule your Discovery Call – this kicks off your official onboarding process. Within about two weeks of this call, you'll be working with your dedicated Assistant and experiencing the Founder Suite difference!
Our onboarding process sets you up for a thriving, long-term partnership with your Assistant. Over 2-5 hours of personalized coaching calls, we'll help you master delegation and hit the ground running.
Once your partnership begins, you'll enjoy monthly check-ins with your Assistant's manager while building momentum through daily collaboration. Think of it as an investment that compounds over time - the more you put in upfront, the greater your returns in productivity and peace of mind.
Each Founder Suite Assistant works a standard 40-hour workweek (five business days) with two consecutive days off. While we encourage you to align schedules with your Assistant based on your needs, we maintain strict 40-hour workweeks to ensure sustainable productivity. If your workload consistently requires additional support, we’ll work with you to onboard a second Assistant—ensuring both quality service and your Assistant’s well-being.
